How do I log in or create an account?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What is the Return policy?

The Score N’ Explore  is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. We offer a 30 day return policy on all of our products to give you ample time to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact our customer service team and they will be more than happy to assist you.

What is your shipping policy?

In stock orders leave our Los Angeles warehouse within 2-3 business days and are shipped via USPS and FedEx. Orders can take 1-5 business days depending on your location in the US. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order ships out!

Made to order items are shipped within 5-7 Days via USPS or DHL.
